R&D Coach Tips and Tricks
- Language can be switched to french by pressing ALT+F within the program.
- Language can be switched to english by pressing ALT+E within the program.
- Tool tips can be switched on and off by pressing ALT+T within the program. Tool tips change will take effect only when you move to previous screen.
- In the time sheet screen, entries without project no, activity or hours will not be saved.
- In Idle mode (when program is not used by the user though it is active), the program looks for the supervisorīs instruction (every five minutes) and can shut itself down if instructed by the supervisor. (Require launch.exe)
- If you see a message Attempting to lock...press escape to cancel, just wait for a few seconds, as program is attempting to update a shared file. (Do not press escape.)
- Program allows the select, select all, cut, copy and paste functions in edit or add mode as a standard function.
- Version 1.55 and higher keeps track of the version updates and informs the user of updates as it is detected.
- Use the optimization function once a month to enhance the performance of the program. (15 days for companies over 250 users).
